{"id":2844,"date":"2018-12-06T11:04:40","date_gmt":"2018-12-06T10:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kfv-mol.de\/Wordpress\/?p=2844"},"modified":"2018-12-06T11:04:40","modified_gmt":"2018-12-06T10:04:40","slug":"projekt-ohne-blaulicht-des-lfv-in-hoppegarten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kfv-mol.de\/Wordpress\/Artikel\/projekt-ohne-blaulicht-des-lfv-in-hoppegarten\/","title":{"rendered":"Projekt \u201cOhne Blaulicht\u201c des LFV in Hoppegarten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Am Mittwoch, dem 05.12.2018 traf sich das hauptamtliche und ehrenamtliche Beraterteam des Projektes \u201eOhne Blaulicht\u201c zu einer Weiterbildung und Projektbesprechung auf Einladung des Kameraden Eckhard Naujocks, Projektmitarbeiter aus der FF Hoppegarten im Ger\u00e4tehaus der Ortsfeuerwehr Dahlwitz-Hoppegarten.<br \/>\nZum Anfang waren Vertreter des Kreisfeuerwehrverbandes und der FF Hoppegarten und Neuenhagen eingeladen. Ihnen wurden das Projekt und die Beraterausbildung vorgestellt.<br \/>\nDabei kam man sehr schnell in die Diskussion zu Themen der F\u00fchrungst\u00e4tigkeit und Ursachen von Konflikten innerhalb der Kameraden, zwischen F\u00fchrung und Mannschaft und zu Verwaltungs- bzw.
